Tasty Tuesday

Being a model, I have to stay healthy, I LOVE food so have found lots of ways to eat all the yummy food I like but without all the fat/sugar/salt.
On an dream day I would love to eat bacon and scrambled eggs with gilled tomato and cheese and buttered toast and a chocolate milkshake! lunch would be a toasted panini with roast chicken, pesto, sundried tomato, cheese and avocado and maybe some more bacon in their just for shits and giggles. dinner would be vegetarian pizza and garlic bread... mmmmm garlic bread *homer simpson drooling moment* Snacks would consist of crispy m&m's,

Skittles

(but not the green and yellow ones I HATE GREEN SKITTLES)

Redbull

doughnuts, hot chips with aoli dip, nachoes with sour cream-cheese-bacon and last but not least
ColdRock (for those of you who dont live on the Gold Coast, its THE most amazing icecream shop E.V.E.R)

But in reality my daily food is VERY different. breakfast is high protein, high calcium and high fibre cereal with super trim milk. lunch is tuna or chicken salad (baby spinach, capsicums, tomato, carrot, cucumber, pesto, cottage cheese and sometimes a boiled egg or 1/4 avocado). Dinner is usually grilled salmon, grilled eye fillet beef, chicken stirfry or homemade vegetarian pizza. My snacks are apples, oranges, kiwi fruit, mini-cans of tuna, protein bars, green tea with lemon and LOTS OF WATER!

I'm on a super strict diet at the moment so I am looking my best for Playboy Golf in November which has left me dreaming about food I want to eat haha!
What is your favourite food?

Music Monday

Oh. My. God. The Bloody Beetroots have stolen my heart! 2 weeks ago I heard their song "Awesome" and the rest is history. I love the dirty dirty electronesssss! Their music makes my shoulders dance and my toes curl - get on youtube and prepare to have an eargasm.
The Bloody Beetroots are an Italian electronica and dance music duo. Formed in late 2006 by producer Bobby Rifo, an international indie producer, and DJ Tommy Tea.

here is a review from Venus Zine...Among today’s indie album covers of abstracted wildlife and digitally created art, the Bloody Beetroots scream to be noticed. Staring at the rippling, menacing figure screaming at you over a rotting toilet on the cover of Romborama reminds you of the days when bands pulled these stunts to get picked up at Tower Records. The album isn’t monotonous and the beats are infectious. Romborama is utterly danceable; but, without teenage boys calling the cover “cool,” it’s tough to see this Italian duo jumping into the record collection of anyone not having a dance party or working out. Often compared to Justice, though touting his sound as the “lovechild of the Misfits and Daft Punk,” Italian Bob Rifo is the man in the studio behind the Bloody Beetroots. On tour, he’s accompanied by DJ Tommy Tea. The duo made a club and blog splash last year with their single “Cornelius” (which also appears on the album) and its music video, directed by Mathieu Danet.
Rifo prides himself on his ability to blend punk with classical, all within a dance track. On Romborama, he definitely shows his breadth with gothic, Motown-like (albeit, highly processed) vocals by Lisa Kekaula on “Talkin’ In My Sleep,” a toy instrument intro on “Storm” and lush violins on “Anacletus.” Rifo has said, “I’m changing the concept of what a club is”.
“It’s Better to DJ On 2 Turntables” has what sounds like a scrambled sports announcer over a heavy bed of static that feels like a rowdy crowd, and you can see why the Bloody Beetroots have been featured on the soundtracks for FIFA '09 and NBA 2K9. They're pounding and upbeat.

Fun Friday Blog

What better way to end a great week than with some picuters of some SUPER CUTE animals?!?!?!
Paris Hilton has cute doggies! check them out in their "Furcedes"

I LOVE baby animals! they are so sweet :)

RIP Steve Irwin

This is a pic taken over a year ago with my Auntie's dog Bazil - he is so gorgeous!

I can't have any pets in my apartment, all I can do is admire small photos I find on Google Pictures Search. Whats your favourite animal??? Mine is the cat! I had a kittie when I was a child and he was awesome! he did cute things like lay on my keyboard when I was doing homework, he would meow and jump on my bed to wake me up in the morning, and he would come and snuggle on the couch with me when it was cold and raining outside. When Shane and I first moved to Australia we got 2 goldfish, Brett and Jemaine (like the guys from Flight of the Conchords) and while we were having a party we went to feed them and they had gone to fishy heaven :( When we buy a house we want to get a dog and a cat. i think they are such awesome house pets and always have so much personality. If you could have any animal as a pet, ANY animal in the world, what would it be? I would choose a white striped Tiger SO GORGEOUS!

Starting to plan my wedding and honeymoon! YAY!

I've been engaged for nearly a year now (WOW hehe) and Shane and I have set our date: August 2011. I know that is 2 years away but when planning and booking weddings on the gold coast, its needs to be in advance! We're making appointments to look at venues over the next few weekends which is so exciting! NO WAY am I getting married in a Church or Chapel or Beach. Hoping to find a Vineyard with beautiful colourful gardens and stunning views.
My parents came over to Australia about 2 months ago and I took my Step-Mum (Hi Jude!) with me to my first wedding expo. I came out with 2 massive bags FULL of magazines and brochures. We tasted yummy miniature cupcakes and slowly made out way around all the stands. I didn't know much about weddings so was greatful when Jude gave me a book about traditions and a rough idea of how things should go - so helpful! It’s quite easy to get overwhelmed with planning a wedding. There is sooooo much to consider!

• Stationery - Invitations and Envelopes (plan to make these myself as I'm quite the crafty one), Thank you, Place cards, Menu cards, Stickers, Pens, Guest book and postage.

• Bride's Attire - Bridal Gown, Headpiece, hair and Makeup (planning on using the very talented Mia Conner), Shoes, LINGERIE and accessories.

• Groom's Attire - Groom's suit (Shane is going to look so hot!), Shoes and Accessories

• Extras - Transportation (pink stretched hummer for the ladies!!! YES PLEASE), Ceremony, Celebrant and Wedding rings,

• Flowers - Bride's bouquet, Bridesmaid's bouquet, Boutonnieres, Reception, Ceremony and Corsages

• Music - Ceremony and Reception

• Photography - Photographer (hoping Isaac will do me a sweet deal!) and Videographer.

• Reception - The Site, Food, Liquor and Decorations

• Parties - Shane's Buck's party and my Hen's night OH YEAH! ;)

• Wedding Night accommodation and Honeymoon Destination!

So that’s the basics! Here are some pictures of what kind of wedding style I would like. I'm thinking Old Hollywood Glamour mixed with Modern James Bond. OR. Ancient Greece.

New Blog

Have started a NEW Blog as my other one (fabulousfeefee.blogspot.com) won’t let me sign in!Not to worry people - this one will be even more fabulous than EVER!

How was everybody's weekend??? Mine was soooooo great! I'm starting my official month-long detox tomorrow so I had an indulgent couple of days. Saturday I had a photo shoot with the very talented Isaac. Had an early start - 2:30am! GASP! It wasn't actually that bad though haha I got up and shot back a can of redbull. Curled all my hair and the lovely Julz came over at 3am and did some sexual make up for me! Proceeded down to the beach at 5am and got set up. Wasted tourists yelled stuff at us from their high-rise balconies haha, we usually have an audience. Got started on our first few shots and had taken about 10 when part of the equipment stopped working! it’s kind of funny because we did a shoot in the exact same location about a year ago and the flash broke haha. That part of the beach is cursed with evil ex-photographer ghosts! It wasn’t all bad though, we did get one really beautiful shot ...

We finished up and decided to go out for breakfast YUM. Am now in the process of finding a glamorous indoor location. Looking for something classy with nice furniture, stunning views and maybe a weird pool. Other option is to find an old abandoned house to get some crazy fashion shots like so...

Saturday I took Shane out for lunch in Broadbeach as he had a bad start to his weekend (had to work haha) and then we went shopping and my cousin Blair who was here on holiday for 3 weeks from New Zealand came down with my brother Brett for some Gold Coast fun. We watched the All Blacks kick arse in the Rugby against Aussie, Final score was 33-6 YAY. I felt very proud! So we had a bbq and drinks and got dressed up for a fun night out in Broadbeach. Here is a pic of Shane and me looking sexual ...

We decided to take Blair to Platinum Night Club (he hasn’t been to Aus before) and Joey let me, Shane and our friend Lyle in for free SWEET. Platinum was having the Ministry of Sound Tour for Spring with the AMAZING Stafford Brothers who were incredible as always! Had such a fun night!!!
http://www.ministryofsound.com.au/events/event/206/

Sunday we all got up and went out for breakfast at the surf club. mmmm bacon and eggs with a sparkling sunny beach view - AND we could see Whales splashing around in the water, so beautiful. Then we all went down to the beach and played cricket and kicked the football around and went swimming and lay under the sun. What better way to spend a Sunday??? Then we decided to go up to Main Beach and have a drink at Fishos. Bridget txt me saying her and her crew were there YAY SUNDAY SESSION!!! It was so hot and sunny, $5 Cosmos!!! Surrounded by beautiful water and gorgeous boats. Meet heaps of new people and caught up with friends. GOOD TIMES!

Lasted there from 3pm till 8pm. Shane and I went and got vegetarian pizza.
Yet another awesome weekend! Hope yours was fun too xxx
